My Story

Meet Lindsey Miller, our newest dedicated Certified SwimPrep Instructor.

Lindsey brings nearly two decades of passion and expertise to the water. She served as a lifeguard and Red Cross swim instructor for 15 years, honing her skills in water safety and teaching swimmers of all ages. A former scholarship athlete, she competed for four years at the University of Mobile while earning her degree in Exercise Science. She later pursued a degree in Nursing, blending her love for health, fitness, and helping others.

When she's not in the pool guiding students toward confidence and strong swimming skills, Lindsey works at Baptist East in Postpartum care, supporting new families during precious moments.

On the home front, Lindsey has been happily married to her husband, Ashley, for almost 20 years. Together, they cherish time with their three children and their four-legged baby. Family is at the heart of everything she does—whether splashing in the pool or making memories together outside of work.

Lindsey's warmth, experience, and genuine care make her an exceptional instructor who truly loves watching every swimmer thrive!
